Birth Of Hybridity is the first album of ARHYST. As the album title suggests, the theme of the album is hybridity in every sense of it and its birth.
This album is created during 2005 and 2006. Inspiration was found in the whole magnitude of honest emotions. These emotions are faithfully described by this dark music. Accumulated hate, misanthropy, sadism, misogyny, happiness, love,... these are all topics that describe this album. The Empyemanfull Love song is an example of this hybridity. As a derivative of the dark ambient music ARHYST, took many parts from various sub genres and created its own experimental sound. The most notable sub genres are drone and noise. Decorated with frightening creaking sounds of cello and sometimes pretty sad themes on the piano, this album is definitely different from other albums of this genre. And this album is literally birth registration in the dark ambient world scene. ARHYST is 9 years old. In those nine years Strahinja Popovic composed the many songs of different themes. However, for chronological order, the songs on this album are one of the oldest materials dating back to 2006. ARHYST is not only projects, but a live one-man band. Soon you'll be able to not only hear, but also see performances of ARHYST. Morbidity for ordinary people or tragic story of understanding individuals, this album can be understood in many ways... as the name of the project - ARHYST.
